We have been combining breast surgery with abdominoplasty for years, but the combination has become so popular that it has acquired its own name. Not everyone looks great in a two piece after having children and today’s active mothers aren’t content to live with the bulging tummies and sagging breasts that so frequently follow having children. The combination of abdominoplasty and breast augmentation or breast lift can restore and improve on what pregnancy and breastfeeding have taken away. It has become so popular that in the media it is called “The Mommy Makeover”. The patient stays overnight following the procedure and the recovery is essentially the same as for an abdominoplasty.
