MEET THE STAFF

Dr. Wells is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery.
He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He completed his plastic surgery training at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1984 and was an Assistant Professor of plastic surgery there until returning to Kentucky in 1988 to enter private practice.

Dr. Wells has held leadership positions in the Fayette county Medical Society and the U.K. Medical School Alumni Association.
In addition, he is on the board of the Susan Komen Foundation of Lexington and past president of the Kentucky Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Wells has extensive training and experience in all areas of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. However, he is best known for surgery of the breast.

STAFF

Susan Meers, RN, MS

Susan manages skin care and non-surgical services. She draws on her two decades of care of plastic surgical patients to develop customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their desired results. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky and masters degree as a plastic surgical clinical specialist at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Susan Meers is the first nurse injector in Central Kentucky and is now certified in advanced Botox and Filler injection techniques.

 

 

Robin Bates, Practice Administrator

Robin joined our team in June 2007. She has a strong background in Plastic surgery and is excited to bring fresh ideas to the practice. Along with managing the clinical side of the practice, Robin manages Dr. Wells' operating room schedule.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Natalie Coyle, Coordinator/Aesthetician

Natalie is the newest member of our skin care team. Trained two years in Nashville and Lexington, she is a Kentucky State Board licensed aesthetician. She specializes in facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, lash tinting, and makeup application.

This Lexington native is active at Southland Christian Church. She has lived in Ireland doing non-profit work with children. Natalie loves working with people and enjoys helping them achieve great results with her expert skin care.

 

 

 

 

Allison Kennedy, Clinical Coordinator/Aesthetician

Allison is our newest team member. She is a licensed aesthetician and has trained in Nashville and Kentucky for the past four years. Allison works closely with Dr. Wells and his patients to make sure they receive on the best care. She is an active member of Southland Christian Church.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steven Reeves, Skin Care Coordinator/Makeup Artist

Steven Reeves has over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry. Raised in Central Florida, Steven moved to Lexington in 2005. He is very excited to join our team as the Skin Care Coordinator/Makeup Artist. Steven is looking forward to working with our patients on maintain their most youthful looking skin by providing them with application techniques specific to their beauty concerns. In his spare time Steven loves to travel and spend time with friends.
