Dr. Henry Wells, the founder of Wells Plastic Surgery & Skin Care, is now retired after a distinguished career as one of Lexington’s leading Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons. Under his visionary leadership, Wells Plastic Surgery became one of Central Kentucky’s most trusted names in aesthetic and reconstructive care.
Dr. Wells’ expertise across all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery laid the foundation for our renowned surgical program. His commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and natural-looking outcomes continues to guide our philosophy today. In preparation for his retirement, Dr. Wells thoughtfully selected Dr. Sara Soni-Kalma, a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, to carry forward the surgical legacy of Wells Plastic Surgery & Skin Care.
