Wells Plastic Surgery & Skin Care welcomes Dr. Sara Soni-Kalma, a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, as an associate on our surgical team. Her journey to Plastic Surgery began in 2006 when she graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She relocated to Los Angeles, California, and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical/Trauma ICU at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for nearly five years. During this time, Dr. Soni-Kalma studied the pre-medical sciences at the University of Southern California, where she met her future husband. Her decision to return to medical school took her to The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she graduated cum laude in 2015. She pursued training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. This six-year program dedicated to Plastic Surgery gave her robust training in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery.
Dr. Soni-Kalma began practice in 2021 in Lone Tree, Colorado, with a focus in aesthetics at Broadway Plastic Surgery. After welcoming their son to their family in 2022, Dr. Soni-Kalma and her husband relocated to Lexington. As a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Soni-Kalma is excited to bring her expertise in comprehensive aesthetic surgery, Natural Breast Augmentation, and Labiaplasty to Wells' patients.
Dr. Soni-Kalma’s interests outside of plastic surgery include travel, exploring national parks, skiing, hiking, and the adventures of parenthood. Her Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery reflects her commitment to excellence in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
