Stacey’s Story. I contracted a terrible staph infection during a hospital stay totally – unrelated to my procedure but in a simple blemish on my chin. That doctor treatedand cured the infection. But that involved removing a portion of my chin even down into the bone. What I was left with was virtually no chin with a deep indention. I felt completely devastated. I didn’t even want to leave the house.
After a recovery period when it was time to look into reconstruction, a doctor I was consulting with in Ashland told me that Dr. Wells was the only plastic surgeon that he would consider recommending me to.
Dr. Wells rebuilt my chin and the scarring and depression in my chin is gone. Building on his work, Susan Wells accentuated my chin by using Juvederm to give it additional contours and a very natural look. I am beyond thrilled and honestly amazed at how good I look now.
And the staff at Wells – all I can say is that when you go into the office, you feel so at home and included. It’s like hanging out with girlfriends that you know can really help you when you need them. I always leave uplifted and feeling positive.
I cannot recommend Dr. Wells enough, as well as say enough positive things about Susan Wells (Susan M. Wells RN, MS, CANS) and her skin care team. The entire Wells team worked together and literally gave me my face back.
